Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals using fresh ingredients and established recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Ensure accurate portion control and presentation of dishes.
  • Manage inventory levels, receiving, and checking stock to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop skills through training sessions to enhance job performance and adapt to changing demands.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on cooking experience.
  • Proven track record of working to strict food hygiene standards.
  • Ability to follow recipes, open to experimenting with various cuisines, and willing to learn new techniques.
