Social Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Care Professional to join our team in Hertfordshire and London.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide individualized support to service users to enhance their independence and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to develop skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in social care.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social care or a related field.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience in supported living, safeguarding practices, and relevant legislation.
The salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
