About the Role

Quantum Care is a not-for-profit organisation providing high-quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • To undertake all aspects of caring for older people with compassion and respect, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent care and support to residents.
Requirements
  • No prior experience in a similar care environment is necessary; we provide first-class training to equip you for this role.
  • You must be an empathetic individual with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays.
  • Aged 18 years or over.
