Young Adult Care Assistant

We are seeking a Young Adult Care Assistant to join our team in Meldreth, Hertfordshire. As a Young Adult Care Assistant, you will provide care and support to young adults with special educational needs and disabilities in a residential setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality care and support during daily activities such as washing, dressing, socialising, learning, and personal care.
- Assisting with therapy sessions such as hydrotherapy and rebound therapy.
- Communicating effectively with service users, families, and colleagues to build strong relationships and promote empowerment.
- Maintaining a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment that fosters growth and development.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £11.72-£12.78 per hour, or £24,375-£26,582 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional development and career progression.
