We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Locum Consultant Gynaecologist to join our team at Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Gynaecology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to women in our region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patients with gynaecological cancer, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
- Work closely with our team of consultant nurses and general gynaecologists to provide comprehensive care
- Support the development of our oncology service, including tumour-specific pathway improvement
- Participate in the running of the weekly Unit MDT and contribute to the development of our cancer services
- Contribute to the provision of general gynaecology services, including out-patient clinics and elective surgery
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Registration with the General Medical Council
- Experience in gynaecological cancer care and management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
