About the Role
  • Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Support staff with the assessment and implementation of individual care plans, focusing on the wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of all residents.
  2. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the highest standards of patient care, upholding the values of our organisation.
  3. Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, mobility, and transfer, while maintaining resident confidentiality and dignity.
  4. Accurately document resident observations, promptly reporting any concerns to senior staff.

Essential Requirements
  • Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English grades C or above, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Skills: Basic proficiency in using standard software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Personality: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and 1:1 support, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
