About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality nursing care to patients accessing our Cardiac Rehabilitation service. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation programs, empowering patients to self-manage their condition.

Responsibilities
  1. Participate in outpatient clinics, assessing patients' clinical condition and identifying individual risk factors.
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting opportunities for long-term self-management.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care.
Essential Requirements
  • Mandatory: 1st-level Registered Nurse degree and evidence of current relevant professional development.
  • Sound knowledge within the speciality of Cardiology.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role is estimated at £45,000-£75,000, based on location and experience.
