Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineering Specialist to join our team at Quality Personnel Services Ltd in Milton Keynes.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Directors in growing the business by overseeing the sales process, identifying leads, converting new business, and account managing/developing relationships. The role involves working to a planned growth target and contributing to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales process and identify potential leads
  • Convert new business opportunities into sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Work closely with the Directors to achieve business growth targets

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Hold a degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, or marketing)
