Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to lead our Maintenance Engineering Team in Bedford. This role requires strategic thinking and leadership skills to ensure customer needs are met, operations are optimized, and asset availability is maintained within the standard cost model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of asset management to guarantee delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Management of current and future operations to maintain asset availability within the budgeted cost model.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Development of strategies to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization.
