\We are seeking an Adult Autism Support Worker to join our team at Avon Place in Studley, where you will work closely with our residents to provide person-centered care and support.
\About the Role:

- As an Adult Autism Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters growth, development, and well-being.\
- Your key duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, developing personalized support plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless care.\
- We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits such as free DBS checks, discounts at high street shops, and access to employee assistance programs.\
- Our ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with autism, a commitment to delivering high-quality support services, and a flexible approach to meet the needs of our residents.\
