About The Role

We offer day opportunities, community support, and occasional wrap-around support to help individuals transition into our service from home.

We support individuals with a mix of disabilities, including neurodevelopmental conditions, dementia, and acquired brain injuries.

As a Flexi-Bank Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care, making a real difference in the lives of those we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Individual Outcome and Wellbeing: Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
  • Activity Planning: Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
  • Health and Lifestyle: Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
  • Medication Management: Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
  • Safety and Environment: Maintain a safe, clean living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
