About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality, enabling care to individuals with a mix of disabilities, including neurodevelopmental conditions, dementia, and acquired brain injuries. As a Support Worker, you will be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
  • Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
  • Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
  • Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
  • Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
  • Maintain a safe, clean living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
