Care Support Assistant, Independent Living Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our Supported Living team. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing bespoke round-the-clock care to autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with personal and household tasks, including meal preparation and shopping
- Accompany individuals on outings and holidays, promoting social interaction and community engagement
- Assist with accessing healthcare services, including doctors and dentist appointments
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude, drive, and resilience. You should be friendly, approachable, and possess good communication skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with the individuals in your care.
