Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Community Engagement Manager at Brook Street UK Careers. This temporary position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with residents and promote community involvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide advice and guidance to students.
  • Conduct research to identify areas for improvement within the program and develop recommendations.
  • Lead training sessions for staff and students to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Support conflict resolution by addressing behavioural concerns early on.
  • Provide assistance to newcomers and ensure a smooth transition into the program.
Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A driving license is desirable.
