Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Streetworks Coordinator to serve as a bridge between our company and the local community. In this role, you will prepare and distribute notices to keep residents informed about upcoming street works, playing a vital part in enhancing our infrastructure and fostering positive relationships. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, submission, and updating of Streetworks notices in compliance with current legislation.
  • Monitor client systems to deliver client-specific requirements if required.
  • Communicate with operational staff to identify critical areas of client delivery.
  • Receive and record data onto work management systems.
  • Supply updates to clients in various forms of communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Update management systems within specified timescales and deliverables within the contract requirements.
  • Liaise with operational teams to ensure all projects have the appropriate paperwork and notices in place for works to begin.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service or community relations is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Capability to generate reports and analyze feedback data.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for working with the public
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
