Account Management Professional

About the Position:
The Account Management Professional will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, self-motivation with a results-driven approach, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
