Sports Programming Accounts Assistant Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to work with us in Marks Sattin (UK) Ltd. As an experienced finance professional, you will be responsible for managing multi-currency transactions within a complex organization. You will process invoices, create BACS runs, and serve as the primary point of contact for purchase ledger due diligence and queries.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will also be responsible for reconciling petty cash and credit card statements, preparing foreign tax forms for global pay-outs, and posting journal entries accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and create BACS runs.
  • Manage multi-currency transactions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for purchase ledger due diligence and queries.
  • Reconcile petty cash and credit card statements.
  • Prepare foreign tax forms for global pay-outs.
  • Post journal entries accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have several years' experience in a similar finance role, preferably with experience in multi-currency and multi-entity environments. The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
