Rentokil Initial is seeking highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Sales and Management Graduate Scheme. This exciting opportunity will provide you with a comprehensive training program, hands-on experience, and a clear path for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in our World Class Sales Academy to develop sales and management skills
- Shadow operational and sales staff to gain industry knowledge and experience
- Work in various roles, including sales support, customer relations, and key accounts
- Complete our Intro to Sales Development Program and Leadership Development Program
- Contribute to local projects and have the opportunity to progress to senior positions
- A minimum of a 2:2 BSc/BA degree in any subject (Business-related disciplines preferred)
- A full UK driving license or be working towards this
- Be hardworking, ambitious, and comfortable working in the field
- Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service
- Be motivated and eager to learn
