The Sales Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide advice and solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through outbound activity.
  • Work closely with the external sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
  • Administer sales orders and quotations, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize our internal CRM system to manage customer interactions and sales data.
  • Liaise with internal departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure seamless customer service.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
