Drive Growth in Advanced Surgical Technologies

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Surgical Innovations Sales Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading MedTech company by promoting and selling cutting-edge surgical products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and surgical centers.
  • Provide expert product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and clinical specialists, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Full driving license required for travel within your assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in theatre sales with surgical products.
