About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representative to join our Surgical Innovations Division at Medtronic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our advanced surgical technologies across the region, driving new business growth, and building strong relationships with key opinion leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Medtronic's surgical products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and segment opportunities to drive new business growth on strategic products and focus therapies.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
  • Provide product support and education to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with market research and trends, including customer and competitor activities.
  • Implement market development plans and strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Full driving license.
  • Desirable: degree-level education or equivalent professional skills, previous measurable theatre sales experience with surgical products.
