Sales Development Manager

BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying leads, prospecting new clients, and building relationships with key decision-makers. You will also conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Additionally, you will track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, as well as proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. You will also need to possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
