We are seeking a Sales Development Professional to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a Sales Development Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the Telesales Manager in leading, planning, and implementing the domestic sales growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Telesales Manager to lead, plan, and implement the domestic sales growth strategy.
  • Take responsibility of a data set of lapsed customers to win back and promote additional services.
  • Grow and develop new customer base.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
  • Complete the apprenticeship training programme with Learning Skills Partnership.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively deal with telephone and email enquiries.
  • A results-driven approach, focusing on results and critical performance indicators.
  • Identifies opportunities and is pro-active in putting forward ideas and potential solutions.
  • Shows by a range of verbal and non-verbal signals that the information being received is understood.
  • Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective organisational skills.
  • Evidence of ability to work co-operatively with others to meet tight deadlines.

Working Hours:

8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
