We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Weekend Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic team at OCS. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and drink experiences to our clients and site visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food prepared meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels and order raw materials to minimize waste and optimize budgets.
  • Health and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to meet the needs of our clients and customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for Food and Service: A genuine passion for food and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Culinary Qualifications: Ideally, you will hold a food handling certificate or be willing to attain one. A background in contract catering is desirable but not essential.
  • Team Player: A collaborative and autonomous approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
