Class 1 personnel are a hospitality staffing agency who provide part time, flexible work within the London area.
We are on the hunt for a CDP who is looking for part-time flexible work.
**The Role**:
You will be working in a kitchen undergoing generic prep and bulk cooking, with daily management tasks ensuring duties are completed in-line with health and safety policies.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Assisting the Head Chef with daily and weekly duties
- Prep requirements for the day
- Be able to prepare and serve multiple dishes following company spec and to the highest quality
- Following menus and food hygiene standards in compliance with food safety requirements
- Understand and follow health and safety protocols

To be considered for the role you'll need to be able to demonstrate good attention to standards and instructions given.
The ideal person for the role will be the following:

- Good communication skills
- Hard working
- Keen and have a "can do attitude"
- Reliable and punctual
- Culinary and previous chef experience of similar level or looking for the next step up (minimum 2 years)
- UK right to work

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £15.00-£15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fulham Broadway Station: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Culinary: 2 years (required)
- Chef: 2 years (required)
