THE CLIENT

Starcom, a leading media agency, is seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Senior Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Performance Practice, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative paid social media campaigns for our clients.

Our team is dedicated to unlocking transformative growth in the evolving play landscape, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for digital media and creativity.

THE ROLE:

This role will involve working closely with our Paid Social Account Manager to achieve client targets and develop new and exciting media channels. You will be responsible for campaign set up, reporting, and finance, as well as educating and training account teams and clients on the benefits of paid social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve client targets in conjunction with the Account Manager
  • Develop and execute innovative paid social media campaigns
  • Initiate and undertake campaign management tasks
  • Assist in educating and training account teams and clients on paid social media
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal agency teams

Qualifications:

We are looking for an ambitious and self-starting individual who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos. At this level, a lot of training will be provided, and we are looking for someone with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
