Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Executive to join our team at Havas Media Group Spain SAU. As a Paid Social Executive, you will be responsible for planning, building, executing, and reconciling paid social media plans for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide meaningful day-to-day support to our clients and internal teams by building trusted relationships, addressing challenges, and managing expectations.
- Account Management: Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure the day-to-day running of client accounts is seamless and successful.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and execute paid social media campaigns, including creating and managing paid media campaigns, providing real-time optimisations, and ensuring results are reported with accuracy.
- Technical Expertise: Be an expert user of paid social platforms and technologies, staying up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customer views and attitudes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Ensure that results are reported with accuracy, and actionable insights are shared for continuous campaign improvement.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile campaigns accurately, understanding contractual commercial models in place.
- Client Presentations: Deliver presentations to clients and agency staff with enthusiasm and zeal.
Requirements:
- 12 to 18 months of experience in Paid Social, ideally in media agencies.
- A positive mindset.
- Self-starter with proactive attitude to work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven knowledge of creating social media plans, paid activation, optimisation, and reporting.
