Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Global Planning to join our team at Mace. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our global planning function and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our global planning strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of major projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in planning and strategy, and contribute to the development of our company's overall business strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team of planning professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our planning processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a planning or strategy role, with a strong background in business development and execution.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
