About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team in the Surgery Ward at Prince Charles Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent, safe, and compassionate care to our patients.
Main Responsibilities
You will be working as part of a dedicated team of nursing staff who will provide you with all the support you need to flourish and develop. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent, safe, and compassionate care to our patients.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of patient-focused care.
- Developing relationships across professional and organisational boundaries.
- Participating in regular team meetings and development days to ensure you are up-to-date with best practice and professional innovation.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Active NMC registration.
- Previous experience of working in a ward environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable
We welcome applications from candidates with surgical experience and a degree. The ability to speak Welsh is also desirable, but not essential.
