About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Night Shift Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meals
  • Deliver care that is tailored to each resident's needs, promoting dignity and individuality
  • Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses to ensure the highest standard of care
  • Recognize and report any signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and participate in safeguarding training
