About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide home help, including meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry.
- Offer companionship and social interaction to clients.
- Support clients with dementia care and medication management.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a passion for supporting others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable, but not essential.
