Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out intimate personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting each individual to meet their personal outcomes and goals
- General household duties, including meal preparation and medication administration
- Following 'Health and Social Care standards: My Support, My Life' guidance at all times
