Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence on a global scale, improving speed, quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Design, implement, and refine complex operational systems, cross-company workflows, and organizational tools, driving excellence across operational teams.
  • Tackle high-impact business challenges by designing and implementing smart solutions, optimizing for return on investment.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our customers' experiences at their core, collaborating with stakeholders and driving impact quickly and successfully.
  • Work closely with management, ops team members, leadership, product, systems, and more to develop short- and long-term strategies and roadmaps for your area of responsibility.
  • Lead a multi-country operations team, maintaining direct responsibility over output and performance, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of the rapidly scaling team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing an operations team in fast-paced environments at successful companies (start-up environment and/or global companies).
  • Proven experience leading and scaling teams.
  • KPI-driven mindset.
  • Experience building great processes and products.
  • Problem-focused, solutions-oriented individual with extreme attention to detail.
  • Lots of energy and first-principles thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills, turning data into insights (SQL skills a plus), and actions.
  • Hands-on and pragmatic approach, willing to roll up sleeves.
  • Team player and customer-obsessed.
