Nursery Education Specialist Responsibilities

· Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the Nursery curriculum

· Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development

· Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities

· Collaborate with educators and professionals to develop effective teaching strategies

· Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues

· Maintain accurate records of students' achievements and behaviour

Nursery Education Specialist Requirements

· QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record required

· Bachelor's degree in Education, focusing on Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery) or equivalent

· In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Nursery curriculum and assessment frameworks essential

· Ability to create a positive learning environment for young children

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons

· A passion for education and commitment to supporting students' learning and development

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
