**Accounting and Administration Expert Wanted**
About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Accounting and Administration Expert to join our Finance team in Taunton, UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting support to the Finance Team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes
- Reconcile insurance company accounts, including liaison with insurers to resolve queries
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to settle any premium postings queries
- Distribute refunds to clients promptly and accurately
- Assist with administration related to external and in-house direct debit schemes
- Reconcile system accounts against bank statements
- Process accounting entries into relevant systems with precision and attention to detail
- Evaluate and escalate any discrepancies in Company accounting records
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Proven experience in a fast-paced Accounts role, preferably within the UK Insurance Industry
- AAT Level 3 qualification and willingness to work towards AAT Level 4
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Ability to work in a regulated, compliant, and client-focused environment
- Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
