About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Manager to lead our team in providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for empowering and developing your team to deliver sustainable, quality services that truly transform people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement person-centred approaches to deliver outcomes that meet the needs and aspirations of the people we support.
- Engage with the local community to promote the involvement of the people we support and FitzRoy's profile.
- Complete regular audits to ensure quality, compliance, and business performance meet FitzRoy requirements.
- Provide a safe working environment for the people we support, staff members, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Care sector experience is essential.
- Excellent computer skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly customer-focused, a strong team player, and data-driven.
- Tenacious and diligent with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
