Resort Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead our luxury lodges at Bude Coastal Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the café and bar to deliver top-tier service and control costs.
  • Lead the front office to provide seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest experiences.
  • Oversee housekeeping to maintain luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure pristine facilities.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and adherence to licensing regulations.
  • Work with the Managing Director and Finance Team on budgets and financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Hospitality leadership experience, preferably in luxury or resort settings.
  • Strong financial skills, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
