Resort Manager – Luxury Lodges, Bude Coastal Resort
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Luxury Lodges' Bude Coastal Resort is seeking a highly skilled Resort Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive business growth in a stunning coastal location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Café Bar Management: Lead the team to deliver top-tier service and achieve cost and revenue targets.
- Reception & Guest Services: Ensure seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest experiences through effective front office management.
- Housekeeping: Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain luxury standards and ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
- Maintenance & Grounds: Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure pristine facilities and a well-maintained resort.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and licensing regulations to protect guests and staff.
- Budgeting: Work with the Managing Director and Finance Team to develop and manage budgets and financial targets.

- Proven hospitality leadership experience, preferably in luxury or resort settings.
- Strong financial skills, including budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
