Resort Manager Opportunity


Salary: £40,000 per annum

Luxury Lodges' Bude Coastal Resort is seeking an experienced leader to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing the resort's café bar, reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds, ensuring seamless operations and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Café Bar Management: Lead the team to deliver top-tier service and control costs.
  • Reception & Guest Services: Manage the front office to ensure seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest experiences.
  • Housekeeping: Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain luxury standards.
  • Maintenance & Grounds: Work with the Maintenance Manager to ensure pristine facilities.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Budgeting: Work with the Finance Team on budgets and financial targets.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in luxury or resort settings.
  • Strong financial skills, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
