Senior Nurse Practitioner for Acute Care

**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our Emergency Department team at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse leader to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Emergency Department team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance patient safety and flow.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (Adult) or Registered Nurse (Child)
- Post-registration emergency nursing education (Acutely unwell Adult or Child, Emergency Practice or equivalent)
- Practise assessor
- BSc or evidence of study at level 6 with ability to complete BSc
- Safeguarding level 3
- ATNC, ETC or equivalent (or able to undertake within 6 months)
- ALS
- MSc or evidence of study at level 7
- Previous Band 6 experience within the speciality
- Understanding of Quality Assurance and Clinical Audit
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: £54,320 - £60,981 per annum inc HCAS (pro-rata)
- Permanent full-time contract
