Nurse Practitioner in Acute Care

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Acute Care. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will have the autonomy to provide high-quality patient care and make decisions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans for patients with sub-acute conditions
- Conduct physical assessments and diagnostic testing as needed
- Prescribe medications and treatments as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- NMC Registration
- Minimum 6 months NHS experience in the last 3 years
- Experience working as a Registered nurse
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
