About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of industrial boilers and burners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing and maintenance of industrial boilers and burners
  • Undertake fault-finding and diagnostic work to repair and maintain hire equipment
  • Pick, load, and unload equipment for hire projects
  • Perform general workshop and yard duties to maintain high standards
  • Support installations and attend breakdowns in the field with experienced field engineers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the heating and boilers sector
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Hands-on experience with a mechanical background
