About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Industrial Gas Engineer to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of industrial boilers and burners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough testing and maintenance of industrial boilers and burners to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform fault-finding and diagnostic work to repair and maintain hire equipment.
  • Pick, load, and unload equipment for/from hire projects.
  • Perform general workshop and yard duties to maintain the highest standards of depot cleanliness and organization.
  • Support installations and attend breakdowns in the field with experienced field engineers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the heating and boilers sector.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a fast-paced hire market.
  • Hands-on mechanical skills and ability to work with a variety of equipment.
