Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading corporate firm in Aberdeen as a Legal Secretary. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to fee earners, senior partners, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to fee earners, including drafting letters, emails, and preparing documents.
- Diary Management: Manage diaries, calendars, and schedules to ensure seamless coordination and organization.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Client Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in administration, secretarial studies, or a related field.
