Job Overview

HRLife Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Generalist to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR advisory support to managers and employees, as well as project managing key annual cycles such as promotions, salary reviews, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Advisory Support: Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including absence, performance, grievances, and employee relations.
  2. Project Management: Manage and coordinate key annual cycles, including promotions, salary reviews, and performance management, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  3. Reporting and Data Analysis: Utilize Workday to produce reports and provide accurate monthly reporting on headcount, attrition, retention, and other key metrics.
  4. Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, review, and implement HR policies in line with new legislation, ensuring compliance and effective communication across the business.
  5. Redundancies and Restructures: Partner with the wider HR team to manage redundancies, restructures, TUPE, and mergers, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  6. Reward Strategy: Support the development and implementation of the reward strategy, reviewing data on salaries, increases, and bonuses to ensure fairness and equity.
  7. Talent Management and Succession Planning: Work with managers to drive and implement a high-performance culture, including talent management and succession planning processes.
  8. Coaching and Development: Coach managers on performance and capability issues to drive high performance and employee engagement.
  9. Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to ad hoc projects, such as diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and tenacious HR Generalist to join HRLife Ltd and contribute to the growth and success of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a larger business with a matrix structure, managing multiple stakeholders, and possessing excellent Excel skills with attention to detail.

What We Offer:

Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
