Key Responsibilities:- Maximise the overall income and profitability of the branch

- Optimise opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions
- Motivate and develop the sales team, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support
- Proven sales management experience
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Full UK driving licence
