Branch Manager - Estate Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team in Lincoln, working in our well-established Bairstow Eves estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise the overall income and profitability of the branch
  • Lead by example and delegate tasks to exceed performance and targets
  • Optimise opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions
  • Motivate and develop the sales team, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support
Requirements:
  • Proven sales management experience
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Full UK driving licence
