We collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients to help them define their strategy, deliver complex change, spot the right commercial opportunities, manage risk, or bring their purpose and sustainability goals to life. As a Certified B Corporation, we have proven that we've built social and environmental good into every bit of what we do.

We have hubs in Europe, the US, Asia, and Australia, and we work all around the world - from a wind farm in Wyoming to a boardroom in Berlin.

Job Overview:

You will lead enterprise risk management programs, including establishment of foundational processes, governance principles, and operating models. You will also lead stakeholder engagement for complex projects, including program management and milestone delivery needs.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant financial services experience in a consultant role, with experience in risk management and transformation initiatives. A strong understanding of risk control frameworks or experience structuring and running risk assessments is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise risk management programs to establish foundational processes, governance principles, and operating models
  • Lead stakeholder engagement for complex projects, including program management and milestone delivery needs
  • Deliver complex regulatory change programs to support business growth and compliance
  • Restructure global business operations to be more efficient, considering impacts resulting from various regulatory and strategic initiatives
  • Empower Finance and Risk teams to be self-sufficient in delivering continuous improvement
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid group term life, short-term disability, long-term disability, and travel insurance.

We also offer participation in our 401k retirement plan, with a company contribution of 3% of your annual base salary and a match up to an additional 2% if you contribute to the plan. Other benefits include the ability to set aside pre-tax dollars toward commuter benefits, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, and Dep-care FSA.

At Baringa Partners LLP, we prioritize diversity and inclusion, offering a Great Place to Work certification. We welcome applications from individuals who share our commitment to women and well-being in the workplace for all.
