About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Organization, Performance & Change practice. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborating with clients to drive transformative change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the design and delivery of complex transformations, focusing on agility and adaptability.
  • You will support clients in developing and implementing new operating models, emphasizing customer-centricity.
  • You will facilitate Lean ways of working and process optimization to improve efficiency.
  • You will collaborate with client leaders to embed new cultures and ways of working across their organizations.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to scale new approaches across organizations, ensuring sustainability.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require 8+ years of experience in consulting or industry, with a focus on transformation initiatives.
