Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the FMCG industry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets.

  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales processes.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in the FMCG industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
