Job Title: Content Operations Specialist

$85,000 - $110,000 per year

In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies and ensuring quality control across the content creation and approval processes. You will serve as a Content Custodian to key stakeholders, driving the completeness, accuracy, consistency, and cataloguing of approved content and assets.

About the Role:

This is a critical function in supporting and enhancing our work product across the sphere of content, spanning multiple business portfolios and functions. Your contributions will be instrumental in influencing the development and administration of standards and guidelines for content creation and approval.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiencies and ensure quality control.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on content management best practices and advise stakeholders on content governance.
  • Work with Marketing Technology teams to consistently monitor and improve Digital Asset Management and Content Review & Approval processes.
  • Analyze systems' performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage/co-manage Global Marketing Content Operations Coordinator, determining priorities and timetables, assigning resources/tasks, advising on progress, and providing performance feedback.

  • Demonstrated experience creating and/or managing content within associated systems and processes.
  • Excellent Project Management skills with a strong competency in creating, improving, and driving processes, training, and organizational influence.
  • Creative, technical, probing, and analytical aptitude.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and adaptable within a fast-paced, highly matrixed, highly regulated, and geographically diverse business environment.
